The project comprises 3 buildings containing 42 units for SMEs and covering areas ranging from 130 m2 up to 3724 m2. In addition, 5 city boxes of between 60 and 95 m² are available. Altogether, the surface area of all units totals 6,633 m². The units may be combined to suit your wishes and to create the perfect space for your company. 76 car-parking spaces are spread across the site, each providing the opportunity to install an EV charging station. There is also covered bike storage on site.

Extra space thanks to mezzanine floors

Units in the corner of the building and the city boxes are systematically equipped with a mezzanine floor. A mezzanine can also be installed in any other unit, to suit the user’s specific requirements and adding practical space.

Whatever your activities, you can fully adapt the location to your needs: storage, manufacturing, distribution, laboratory, services … Plus, there is also the opportunity to include extra windows at the end of each building in order to set up a B2B showroom or use the unit as office space.
