BVI.BE has purchased two project sites in outstanding locations in Aalter and Beersel.
The future project in Beersel is less than 2 km from exit 19 BEERSEL from the Brussels ring road. This zone appealed to companies such as Siemens and Pharma Logistics (DHL) as they have based their headquarters and distribution centre respectively there.
The planned development has a built area of 3,748 m² and comprises 19 SME units which vary from 136 m² to 249 m². The development provides space for anyone looking for offices combined with warehouses, sheds, storage places and suchlike.
The forthcoming SME units on Venecolaan in Aalter are situated on the “Lakeland” industrial estate. The land which will be developed is part of the former Bekaert site.
